Contiki Flyer
When you book your 7-day island package, the fun starts from the monent you check in as you meet some of your fellow holiday maker. The Contiki Flyer departs on Saturday from Sydney and melbourn and is an exclusively chartered Qantas jet providing direct flights to Rockhampton airport.
All passengers on board your flight are also heading to the resort! (Brisbane passengers share their plane with other Qanta passengers). Upon arrival at Rockhampton you'll be greeted by one of our CAP's who'll pooint you in the direction of your chartered coach. This express transfer is completd with a scenic boat ride to the island, during which your resort check-in begins.
Independent travel
Air If you're not travelling via one of our exclusively chartered flights, book with your preferrred Australian domestic or regional airline and fly straight to Rockhampton airport. Enquire about booking a flight to the island by small aircraft (about 15 minutes) or take a scheduled coach to Rosslyn Bay Marina for tansfer to the island by boat.

Road About 7 1/2 hours drive time from Brisbane-or a lot less if you live closer-pull in to Rossly Bay Marina, park your car in the Great Keppel security car park (Phone 07-4933 6670), board the boat and your island holiday begins!
Rail The Tilt Train and Spirit of Capricorn stop at Rockhampton. You may need to organise an overnight stay here before connecting with transfers to the island.
Boat Services operate daily from Keppel Bay Marina, situated near Yeppoon and only a 40-minute drive from Rockhampton. The ride to the island is very scenic and takes about 30 minutes.

contiki documents Once you've booked your resort holiday, you'll receive an exclusive resort luggage label, along with an itinerary detailing flight times and transfer details, if applicable. For 7-day island packages, an electronic air ticket is issued, so remember to present your drivers' license or other photo ID when you check-in at the airport.
Questions / Answers
How much money do I need? Remember that all your brunches and dinners are included so all you'll need to bring is money for your optional activities, extra snacks, drinks and personal spending.
Do I need cash on the island. No - you will be able to charge everything to your room. There's an ATM on the island and all outles have eftpos and credit card facilities.
Is there baggage allowance? If you're booking th Contiki Flyer, your baggage allowance

is one small piece of hand luggage and one normal seized suitcase, backpack or soft bag (maximum 20kg).
What should I pack?
Comfortable, casual clothes for day wear and smart/casual for dining and clubbing, swimmers and beach towel, sunscreen, beach bag, sunglasses, hat, and insect repellent. Remember that earlier or later in the season you will need to bring some warmer cloths.
