Air - All major Australian domestic and regional airlines service Rockhampton or Gladstone airport every day. Whitaker Airlines are available to fly you direct to Great! Keppel Island from Rockhampton or Gladstone airports. Transfer time from Rockhampton is approximately 20 minutes and 30 minutes from Gladstone.
Road - Getting here is easy. Rockhampton is located halfway up the Queensland Coast on the Tropic of Capricorn. The Bruce Highway runs directly through Rockhampton, around 8 hours drive north of Brisbane.
Security parking is available at Great Keppel Security car park, Rosslyn Bay.
Launch - Freedom Flyer, a 20 metre catamaran, provides regular services from Rosslyn Bay Marina, near Yeppoon (just 30 minutes from Rockhampton). Launch takes approximately 30 minutes.
Rail - The Tilt Train and Spirit of Capricorn stop at Gladstone and Rockhampton. Over night stay may be required on the mainland before connecting with transfers to Great! Keppel Island Resort.
